MoU is signed by Robert Allan Ltd. CEO Mike Fitzpatrick and UZMAR CEO A.Noyan Altug on 23.03.2023 at UZMAR's headquarter office in Istanbul. UZMAR will have exclusive rights to market the battery electric tugboat series globally.
